At Brush & Clay, every piece is thoughtfully crafted by hand and made to bring a sense of character and nature into your space. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re committed to making your experience simple and exceptional.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Free from damage or signs of use
  • Returned in the original packaging when possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to personal preference or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

Because our pieces are carefully packaged, we take great care in protecting them during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Sale or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Handmade Variations

Every Brush & Clay piece is uniquely handcrafted. Slight variations in color, texture, shape, finish, and other natural characteristics are part of the beauty of handmade work.

These subtle variations are not considered defects and are what make each piece uniquely yours.
